RETURNS 

If your purchase is not quite right, you are welcome to return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@coucou-atelier.com.

All returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Please note that return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are always processed through the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your provider, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Once your return has arrived at our office, please allow up to 10 days for processing.

EXCHANGES 

If you wish to exchange your cover for a different color please contact us at hello@coucou-atelier.com and we will guide you through the process and help you place a new order with free shipping.

If there is an issue with your order or if your cover does not meet your expectations, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will always do our best to find the best possible solution and are always happy to help.
